Historic Shotgun Houses -

The Historic Shotgun Houses are owned by the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts & Culture and will be gifted to the West Side Community Land Trust to be preserved and renovated. The exterior and interior updates will honor traditional shotgun house characteristics, while also introducing a modern living experience. The design plans for this project are currently under review by the Historic Landmarks Commission.
